Founder & Visionary of RAJAB International
Hassan Rajab, known professionally as Rajab, was born in Malé, the capital of the Republic of Maldives, on May 11, 1983 (Rajab 27, 1403 AH). A proud Muslim and the son of the late Mr. Ismail Mohamed and Ms. Aminath Fareedha, Rajab’s journey is defined by a deep commitment to faith, family, and the professional service of his community.
An Engineer’s Approach to Healing
Rajab began his professional journey as an engineer, a background that gifted him with a unique "systems-thinking" mindset—the ability to analyze complex structures and identify how they function as an interconnected whole. However, his career trajectory shifted significantly due to a profound personal interest in health, nutrition, and environmental sustainability. The global onset of the COVID-19 pandemic served as a final catalyst, driving Rajab to transition his passion into a professional mission to serve others.
Bridging Tradition and Modern Science
Dedicated to formalizing his expertise, Rajab has pursued a diverse and rigorous education across the spectrum of human health:
Traditional Medicine (Dhivehi beys): A registered practitioner under the Maldives Allied Health Council (MAHC).
Physical Excellence: A certified Fitness Instructor and Trainer via the Male’ Fitness Academy, recognized by the Maldives Qualification Authority (MQA).
Functional Medicine: Having successfully completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), USA, Rajab is equipped to address the root causes of chronic disease.
The RAJAB International Mission
Through RAJAB International, Rajab leverages engineering logic, ancestral wisdom, and clinical science to inspire sustainable lifestyle changes. By championing natural living, regular exercise, and preventive care, he provides guidance that is as scientifically grounded as it is compassionate and environmentally conscious.
